"ALWAYS CALL AND BUY OVER THE PHONE"
I called over the phone because the website would not let me buy a ring in my size. I figured I would call and see if there were any anywhere. Thank god I did! They were so helpful. I got one shipped from the San Francisco store to my home with the complementary 2 day shipping.I love Tiffany & Co.

"Brilliant"
Brilliant. Couldn't fault the company. I ordered a couple times some special christmas decorations and the experience from order to receipt was pleasant. Both times the order arrived a day earlier than quoted and beautifully packaged safely. If I had a bigger bank account I'd buy more often.
